Sonu Sood Says NO to Pawan Kalyan!

Sonu Sood has made it to the top list of negative leads in Tollywood in a short while and the actor has always tried to prove his mettle by essaying distinct roles as comic villain, menacing villain, sadistic villain et al. The latest reports reveal that Sonu Sood has rejected the negative lead role in Pawan Kalyan’s next flick Gabbar Singh.

Sonu Sood seems to be choosy in his roles now. It is known that Gabbar Singh is the remake of Bollywood film Dabangg and Sonu Sood essayed the villain role in the original. He has also agreed to do the same role in Tamil remake of Dabangg [Osthi]. Since, Sonu don’t want to repeat the same act and looking out for new and challenging roles in Telugu, he is said to have rejected Gabbar Singh offer.

The other reason is the actor has given a year full of call sheets to Dabangg while it took almost 6months time for the filming the Tamil version. Now, the makers are in plans to rope in others for the role, who can do justice.

Sonu is all excited about his new project in Telugu. It is a negative shaded role opposite Prabhas in an upcoming Telugu film.

Prabhas is riding on Cloud 9 right now, with unprecedented success of his ‘Billa’. He will soon connect with Puri Jagannath for a big budget movie on Adithya Ram’s production. Apart from this Prabhas has apparently okayed a film to act in the direction of Karunakaran of ‘Ullasamga Utsaahamga’ fame, and ‘Dil’Raju’s project that is to be directed by Dasarath.
