Prabhu Deva, Nayantara Wedding in Mumbai

It was nearly a month ago Prabhu Deva was issued divorce by the family court in Chennai. This has been a breathtaking thing for Prabhu as well as Nayan as they both are waiting for this day since two years.

Now the latest news is that the couple Prabhu- Nayantara is busy planning for their wedding. They are planning to get married in Mumbai to keep away the paparazzi. Prabhu Deva is transferring the assets to his wife Ramlath which was asked by the court.

He recently transferred Rs 10 lakhs to her account and will also be giving his two sons Rishi and Aditya a farmhouse and 22 percent property in ECR along with a property in Hyderabad, a flat in Anna Nagar will also be given to his ex-wife and two sons.

The duo is expected to declare their wedding date soon. After the marriage the couple is likely to settle in Mumbai as Prabhu is busy with a couple of projects Vedi in Tamil and Rowdy Rathore in Hindi.

Prabhu Deva Gets Divorce

The day for which Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara has been waiting for a long time has turned up. It was a big day for Prabhu Deva as he was granted divorce with his wife Latha aka Ramlath on (July 2) at the family court in Chennai. The couple has ended up their 15 years of family life on Saturday.

Prabhu Deva and Ramlath have submitted a joint affidavit in the family court seeking mutual divorce on Dec 29, 2010. The court has asked them to appear for the final settlement on June 30th but the couple failed to appear stating reasons for their inability to attend. The Magistrate has posted the case to July 10th, 2011.

It was a filmy twist; Prabhu Deva and Ramlath have suddenly appeared before the Magistrate on Saturday and the divorce was granted. According to the sources it is known that Prabhu Deva has avoided to appear in court on June 30th just to stay far from media and instead opt for Saturday.

The news of Prabhu and Latha appearing in court was out by afternoon and a huge group of reporters from print media and electronic media were waiting outside the court to hear the judgment.

After he was sanctioned divorce, Prabhu who came out of the court refused to speak to the media.

Now the next big question on everybody’s lips is- “When will Prabhu Deva enter wed lock with Nayanthara?”

Prabhu Deva To Pay 30cr Towards Divorce

Prabhu Deva and Ramlath have submitted the divorce on mutual consent at the Family court in Chennai. Now it is heard that the divorce is one of the costliest divorce ever in Kollywood.

It is Aravind Swamy who made the news recently for his costliest divorce. But now it’s Prabhu Deva’s turn to go for a costly settlement. In the affidavit submitted yesterday, Prabhu agreed to give a large share of his property. He is going to give a bungalow in Anna Nagar, a villa at Injambakkam on ECR, three apartments, a property in Hyderabad and two cars. Apart from these he is going to pay one time settlement of Rs 10 lakhs.

Can anyone guess the total value of the assets? The expected value of these properties is approximately Rs 25 to 30 Crore. His children will be sharing the properties located in Hyderabad and ECR. In addition to these assets Prabhu will be bearing the medical and education expenses of the children.

Prabhu Deva’s Wife Ramlath Attempts Suicide!

Prabhu Deva and his wife Ramlath’s argument seem to be unending. It is known that Prabhu Deva has reportedly stated that his marriage with Ramlath was not valid as it is not registered. Later Ramlath has submitted few documents of ration card and voter id to her lawyer. However, the lawyer stated that there are few chances that these documents might be proved fake.

Ramlath who got disgusted with all these issues attempted suicide by consuming sleeping pills. She was however saved by her relatives and neighbors. As predicted, the suicide note had both the names of Prabhu Deva and Nayantara who are responsible for her present situation.

Huge Support to Prabu Deva’s Wife

As we all know that Prabhu Deva’s wife Latha aka Ramalath approached the Chennai Family Court on Oct 4 insistent to direct her husband not leave her. And she requests the court to reunion with her husband and she is not willing to take divorce from her husband.

All NGO’s and human right organisation committees are opposing the relationship with Prabhu Deva and Nayantara. And women and human rights organisations, during their agitation Tuesday morning, also burnt a statue of Nayantara and raised slogans against her for “bringing disregard to Tamil culture”.

The human right organisation said to media that we will show black flags to Nayanatara where ever she goes. There are reports that Ramalath had threatened to go on an indefinite hunger strike if her husband married Nayantara.

Prabhu Deva wife Latha aka Ramalath filed a petition in family court in Chennai seeking to direct Prabhu Deva to live with her. She also said in her plea that Prabhu Deva has not been taking care of her and her family after he allegedly fell in love with Nayantara.

Pabhu and Latha got married on 8th of September, 1995. They had three sons. One of their sons passed away due to Cancer.

She found noticeable changes in her husband’s attitude towards her and their sons after Prabhu started directing Tamil movie ‘Villu’ “There were rumours that he fell in love with actress Nayantara, who was part of the movie. My well wishers too informed me about their relationship.

Recently a website carried my husband’s interview in which he was quoted as saying that he would marry Nayantara soon.” She also stated Prabhu Deva had stopped coming to the house and neglecting their children. She urged the court to direct her husband to live with her.

She also stated in the her plea that Nayanatara is spreading rumours that she had offered her (Latha) Rs 3.85 crore and jewels to divorce Prabhu Deva and agree for their marriage, which had affected Latha a lot.

Prabhu Deva, Nayanthara Married?

Breaking news of a Telugu channel has it that Nayanthara’s married Prabhu Deva secretly in Hyderabad! Telugu Movie Gossips

While the Kollywood grapevine holds that Prabhu Deva and Nayanthara are the hottest couple in town and does not deny rumours of them being in love ever since they worked together in Vijay’s Villu, sources close to the actress have denied the marriage. “She was not even in Hyderabad when rumours of her marriage broke,” they said.

The choreographer, actor-turned-director Prabhu Deva is a married man with three children, and went through a harrowing time a few months back when he lost his eldest son. The buzz was that it was Nayan, who gave him strength to come out of his personal grief, which was compounded by the fact that his marriage with Ramlath, his one-time dance assistant, was on the rocks.

Kollywood sources also attribute Nayan’s reluctance to party to her closeness to Prabhu. She withdrew into a shell and cut off all her friends in the industry. Her frequent trips to temples are also attributed to the man in her life, who is an ardent Hindu devotee. When asked about Nayanthara by the local press, Prabhu Deva said that “it is personal”.

Prabhu Deva also went out of his way to improve her on-screen dance movements, as he personally coached her. Many choreographers feel that she has improved leaps and bounds in the Vaada Mapillai... song in Villu. Recently, Prabhu Deva created a stir when he went to Kumarakom at his expense and without taking any fee choreographed two songs that were picturised on Nayanthara for the Malayalam film Bodyguard!

The rumours about their affair, was confirmed when the actress tattooed ‘Prabhu’ (P in English and the rest in Tamil), a little above her wrist at a newly-opened tattoo lounge in Hyderabad. Remember Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Kareena’ tattoo on his forearm, which he is said to have got to prove he is seriousness about her.
