Lakshmi Manchu About Gandharva Mahal

Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna, who has earlier announced her next production venture 'Oo Kodathara Ulikkipadathara' seems to be quite excited on this socio-fantasy film. The actress cum producer says a massive set is being erected for the film and it is called as Gandharva Mahal. Lakshmi is all excited about it and Bhupesh R Bhupathi who got appreciation for his work in Anaganaga O Dheerudu is working as the art director for UKUP.

Manchu Manoj is playing the lead role in Oo Kodathara Ulikkipadathara while Bala Krishna is doing a special role. Deeksha Seth has been zeroed in as the leading lady in the film.

Sekhar Raja is directing the film on new banner Manchu Entertainment Production. Bobo Shashi will score the tunes while Salim - Sulaiman will score the background music. Cinematography is by Rajasekhar and dialogues are by Bhupal of Ala Modalaindi fame.

Ram Gopal Varma’s Dongala Mutha is gearing up for its release on this Friday on 18th March. The movie has completed its censor formalities and has acquired U certificate from the Censor Board. Varma’s experimental flick Dongala Mutha, which was shot just in 5days, is gearing up for its release on 18th March. RGV and his unit of Dongala Mutha are now involved in the publicity aspects of the film.

Ram Gopal Varma informs that Dongala Mutha was made with just 6 lakhs and the investment will be gained back by screening the film for one show in theaters. The entire movie was shot with Canon 5D SLR Cameras with 5 camera man.

“I have used these Canon 5D cameras to minimize the production cost of the film. We shot the movie with five cameras that enabled us to use five different angles of same shot in real time. These cameras give best output in natural light,” says RGV
