Shirya regularly visits a well known ashram in Coimbatore for yoga.
Before leaving for the shoot of Tamil film Mohanlal’s Casanova in Dubai last week she was in Kovai at the ashram. Shirya tweeted to Trisha that yoga is good for health and ashram in Coimbatore is beautiful.
Trisha had replied. “I had already visited the ashram in Chennai branch and it was awesome”.
Trisha recently tweeted. “Yes still keeping up with yoga or else my instructor will go mad! I have been doing everything to please myself during free time.”
She also tweeted that “This week is going to be very important as a lot of exciting things are in the pipeline.
