Shruthi made her debut in films with 'Luck', in which she co-starred with Imran Khan in the lead. The film was a dud at the B.O., but her performance in it was well received. Though she is getting several offers and wants to act in a south Indian film, Shruthi has been very watchful about the quality of scripts. She has scored the music for her father's 'Unnai Pol Oruvan' released recently.
