Posani Krishna Murali Says No Unity Amongst Telugu Producers

With a great economic recession prevailing in the industry, Posani Krishna Murali, writer, actor and director points out the vivid flaws in the system that is causing such unnecessary issues. Speaking during a recent press meet he said:

‘There is no unity amongst the producers of Telugu Film Producers' Council (TFPC). They are prevailing as two separate groups and if one of them arrives on a sensible solution, the opposing members will counter debate with all wrong reasons and will break the decision in the end. What we need now is not a debate on who should survive, big budget makers or low budget makers but a universal decision which will oxygenate the dying cinema industry and thrive for its survival.’ Telugu Movie News

‘Compared to the rental system in vogue, percentage system will be more profitable and generate lucre for the industry. But, few people for their personal benefits are supporting the rental system and not looking into the bigger picture. If percentage system is privileged, it will be a benefit the big and small time producers equally including the trade circle people. For a definitive decision to be made, people like Dasari Narayana Rao, Rama Naidu, Chiranjeevi and others should get involved,’ said Posani Krishna Murali.
