Pavan wants ACB raids on politicians

Coming up with a new idea to end corruption in public life, Yuvarajyam president Pavan Kalyan on Friday called for the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) raids against politicians too.

“It is not good to restrict the ACB raids to government employees. Instead, there should be more raids against the public representatives and politicians to unearth their black money,” he said. The youth wing leader said that the ACB raids against politicians would help recover hundreds of crores of rupees amassed in various projects.

Kalyan, who was on the fourth day of his tour to Karimnagar district, began his yatra from Karimnagar town. He went to the Yellampally irrigation project site where he undertook a padayatra and alleged that the ruling party leaders have amassed crores of rupees by hiking the estimates in the project cost.
