Bhargavi Telugu film actress, found dead

Upcoming Telugu film actress Bhargavi was found murdered in her flat at Banjara Hills in the city, police said.

Bhargavi's companion Praveen Kumar was also found dead, they said.

An empty poison bottle was found beside their bed, they said.

West Zone Deputy Commissioner of Police C Ravi Varma said it was prima facie a case of murder and suicide in which Praveen first murdered Bhargavi and later committed suicide.

Police have recovered a 'suicide note' purportedly written by Praveen.

According to the note both had been staying together since 2006. But Praveen could not tolerate Bhargavi's indifference towards him following the success of her debut film 'Asta-Chemma'.
