It seems to be the season of controversies for the beautiful Trisha, who is busy in Tamil and Telugu films. Her name was unnecessarily dragged in the speculation over Nayantara - Simbu 'reunion'. Trisha rubbished the suggestions that it was she who made them meet. Now a leading Tamil weekly has come out with a story suggesting that she is in love with Vishal.
Uma Krishnan, Trisha's mother, who is her unofficial spokesperson, denied the news saying it as a baseless rumour and hence the matter is put to rest for the time being.
If you look at the larger picture, Trisha doesn't seem to be taking decisions on her own and appears to be largely depending on her ever-accompanying mother. Trisha's mother deals with her daughter's fee as well as call-sheet dates. During breaks in shooting, if any of Trisha's co stars casually asked her when would she get married, the answer from Trisha is more or less the same on most occasions: "My mother is every-thing to me; I'd marry anyone whom my mother chooses for me. I have no personal wish in this regard!"
Despite her last couple of films not exactly doing roaring business ('Bheema' and 'Kuruvi'), Trisha still remains one of the top actresses in Kollywood. Even her Tollywood status as one of the top starlets there remains unchanged. Though she doesn't have any new release in the near future media keeps on writing about her in one way or the other. These controversies actually confirm her status as a hot property in tinsel town.
