‘Brindavanam’ music made by S Thaman gives good kick. Yes, he proved it once again after ‘Kick’. It’s indeed a challenge as well as a loveable thing for any young music director to score for Jr NTR. Thaman made his day and let us see how the songs are grooved all over.

Theme Of Hero…3/5
A funky number, this is a quickie which has got voices rendered by the team of Geetha Madhuri, Rita, Ramya and the words are penned by Anantha Sriram. Thaman has used a full length electric guitar in this one and the vocals pitched well with it. Overall, a good one…

Yuvakula…2.5/5
This is a fast paced song and as usual, the vocals are quite energetic with the artists Remo Fernandez, Ranjith, Revathi putting in high pitch. The pace of the song is quite fast and lyricist Krishna Chaitanya has woven the words that have good adrenaline. One can see traces of the English song ‘firestarter…’ with Thaman’s usage of drums and guitar. This is a youth song.

Eyi Raja…3/5
This can be called as the highlight song of the album and the duet has been rendered by the duo of Shankar Mahadevan, Shreya Ghoshal. A clear trace of Thaman’s ‘Kick’ can be experienced here and Anantha Sriram has given a deep touch to his words which fills the melody and it has got a peppy flavor to it. Overall, this is a good song which has got a rich feel to it.

Nijamena…3/5
This is a fast paced song with melodious beat. The renditions are luring and the orchestration is well schemed. It is a duet with Karthik, Suchitra lending their vocals and Thaman has shown his mettle on synthesizer and using the electronic trance beats to give a kick to the song. Yet again, Anantha Sriram gives a poetic touch to this peppy song and his lines sync well with the modern song. This is a dance song but worth listening.

Vachadura…3/5
A proper mass masala song and we can hear the proper Tamil teenmaar beat in this. A coincidence can be found with a typical Rajinikanth intro song. 'dola dol damaka dol balakrishnudochchde' is an interesting line which has come from lyricist Rama Jogayya Sastry. The vocals dominate this song as the veterans Koti, M M Keeravani and Ranjith join their voices. Thaman has given a elevated tune to this one and it could go well with the B and C center audience.

Oopirage…2.75/5
Ideally, this is meant to be an emotional and sad number but then Thaman has put high heels to it giving it a stylish tune. The pathos feel exists in it but still it is not losing listeners. Rahul Nambiar has given the right feel in his voice to contribute and Rama Jogayya Sastry gives a determined set of lyrics which expresses heartburn in an assertive manner.

Chinnadho Vypu…3.5/5
An interesting song, this starts with the golden old melody then continues with masala words ‘raa raa edoti cheseyraa..’. Thaman has given a routine beat but it demands huge attention from fans for sure on screen. The shrill voice of Sukhwinder Singh is supported well by Muralidhar and Savithri. The words from Anantha Sriram pump adrenaline into it and it is again a fast paced song with some naughty lyrics to it.

Mojjarey…3/5
A typical dance song with a folk flavor to it and the lines ‘Mojjare..mathi chedepe santhoshale..edaladire anandale..’ reminds us of big Bollywood hit ‘Jab We Met’ song ‘Mauja hi Mauja..’. With Baba Sehgal leading the vocals, the Punjabi feel was full and the duo of Ranjith, Nikita Nigam have given their contribution as required. Anantha Sriram gave decent wordings to it and Thaman’s signature style of music could be heard in flashes.

Overall, the entire album is filled with fast beats, tangy lyrics, peppy vocals. While the entire feel of the album is up and high, it would have balanced the listener’s mind if a proper slow song and a romantic melody was added to it. The heartbeat picks up at all times so the songs may go well with the youngsters but not so much for the family or the matured music lovers.
