Review

Story

Varun (Varun Sandesh) is a young boy who loves owning a sports bike. But his below middle class family background turns a barricade to fulfill his dream. His poor father (Tanikella Bharani) worries about his day-dreaming and irresponsible son. But after a dramatic incident his father gives him Rs 70000 to purchase bike out of his all life time savings. Varun buys a bike and enjoys. He finds a girl Hema (Neha Sharma) and both fall in love. But that bike results in turbulence in Varun’s life. What is that? That has to be seen on big screen. Telugu Movie News

Artists Performance:

Varun Sandesh : He lean and lanky and he didn’t suit for the energy levels required for the role. He needs to upgrade his dialogue delivery pattern especially while portraying the roles of this kind.

Neha Sharma looked good with naughty smile and big eyes. But she hasn’t upgraded in the matter of performance. Many of her expressions sounded artificial and sometimes lagging in dialogue.

Tanikella Bharani is ok as middle class father while Pragathi is perfect in mother role. Ravi Shankar, the popular dubbing artiste played the lead villain role in fitting manner. Others are ok.

Technically, the movie has no big thing to discuss about. The story sounds not so great as already ‘Ride’ has come on screen with similar theme.

Final Analysis:

It’s a different version of ‘Ride’. It is also inspired from the Tamil movie ‘Polladavan’. But Pollavadan has already inspired Ride. While Ride has two heroes where one is arrogant and other is the one with poor background, here the hero in Kurradu possessess both in him. The bike forms common element both in Ride and Kurradu.

On a whole, the movie has no tempo that keeps audience fix on to seats with interest. First half is ok while second half seems to have run with no punch and required emotion.

The movie may not appeal in the way it’s expected.

'Saleem' Audio Into Market Today

Manchu Vishnuvardhan and Ileana starrer venture ’Saleem’ is all set to release the audio today at a function organized in Shilpa Kala Vedika in Hyderabad.

'Amayakudu' Next Movie Of Krishnudu

Hero Krishnudu is very well known with Vinayakudu. Now his Village Lo Vinayakudu is also having a great successful run at the box office. Meanwhile our hero has moved on with his next venture ’Amayakudu’. Telugu Movie News

Few days back it was a hot news that Trisha will pair up with young tiger Jr NTR for the Brindaavanam Telugu Cinema but unfortunately Trisha was out of Brundaavanam as she failed to adjust her dates for Dil Raju and she was busy with her debute bollywood movie with Akshay Kumar "Katta Meeta" which was recently went on shooting floors.

Now Dil Raju planing to take Kajal Agarwal in place of Trisha, who deserves the offer as she was the most happening actress of the year 2009

Directed by Vamsi Paidipally, ‘BrUndaavanam’ also has Prakash Raj and Srihari in prominent roles. Music will be provided by S Taman and the director of photography is Chota K Naidu. The film is slated for release in 2010 summer.

Rana's 'Leader' Release On 24th Dec

Rana, grandson of Dr. D Rama Naidu, is gearing to lead the screens with Sekhar Kammula directed “Leader” While the prolific producer and filmmaker Rama Naidu has played his part in film making in a brilliant way, its now time for Rana to prove his genes of being the grandson of Dr. Naidu who has already peeped into the Guinness book of world records.

After directing the youthful blockbuster ‘Happy Days,’ Sekhar Kammula has now pinned hopes on “Leader,” perhaps a slight deviation this time from his regular family entertainers. 'Chukkalanti Ammayi Chakkanaina Abbayi' Tarun Next Movie Title

Arya 2 'Ringa Ringa' Song Hitting Mass Audience

'Sontha Vooru' Movie Selected For Mumbai International Film Festival

Sontha Vooru, which released in this year have been selected for Mumbai International film festival.In fact it is the only telugu movie that was screened in the festival. Almost 200 films from more than 50 countries were screened at the festival.

Though Sontha vooru did not do well commercially, it is well accliamed by critics. LB Sreeram, Raja , Tanikella bharani everyone in the movie performed naturally. The story is thought provoking. The movie got appreciations from other famous directors when it was filmedat the festival.
